Parent conference is today from 3:30-6:30!
Tomorrow is a half day. Car riders dismiss at 11:20, walkers at 11:25, and bus riders when the buses arrive.

We would like to welcome Allan Zullo to campus today. He will be speaking with all students throughout the day.

It's not too late to sign up for the 8th grade Outer Banks trip. Deposit is now $100. Turn in your deposit and permission slip to Mr. Boyles at the end of 2nd period. Deposit goes up to $150 November 1 and the final deadline to sign up for the trip is November 10.Science Olympiad:

Crime Busters, Shock Value, and Water Quality will be meeting with Mr. Harris on Mondays from 3:30 - 4:30. beginning next Monday, October 17. Sorry, we can not meet today.

Anatomy, Disease Detectives, and Heredity will be meeting with Ms. Fowler on Mondays from 3:30 - 4:30.

Dynamic Planet, Experimental Design, and Meteorology will meet with Mr. Truesdell on Thursday October 20th from 3:30 - 4:30

Mr. McDonel's group will meet on Tuesdays after school starting next week.

Money for the 8th grade Lincoln Douglas debate fieldtrip in Asheville is due October 18th. This deadline is non-negotiable.


Students should be receiving yearbook ordering information in the mail this week. Also, as a special this week we are going to sale non-personalized yearbooks at the base price of $30.00 at parent teacher conferences. During those times, Mr. Cole's computer lab will also be available for anyone who would like to purchase a personalized yearbook.
