Relay for Life is TODAY at Tom Johnson's Rally Park.  The event starts at 5pm and will feature entertainment, food, and fun.  Come out and stop by the EMJH "Dog House" for a hot dog, bratwurst, snow cone, or lovely piece of jewelry for Mother's Day.  Also, tomorrow is a HAT DAY!  Get your hat passes in the morning for only $1 and support Relay for Life!

It’s here!  Our first issue of Trojan Talk has arrived.

You can purchase a copy for 25¢ in the cafeteria during lunch beginning Monday May 7. 

For our next issue, we want to hear from 9^th graders about their experiences here at East. Do you have any last words you want to say before you move onto High School?  Now is your chance to leave your Last Will and Testament.  Here is an example Mr. Gaffigan used, “I, Tiffany Blanton, leave my basketball playing ability to my brother, Juwan Blanton.”

Submit all entries for the writing contest; all guesses for the mystery contest; questions for Tesa, and; Last Wills and Testaments into the box at the circulation desk in the Media Center or to Mrs. Rumfelt. Deadline for submission to the next issue is May 16^th.
