Keep checking the driver's ed list. Remember, the class starts Sept. 12th.
More for 9th grade:
All 9th graders are invited to go on the 2nd Civil War Tour to Harper's Ferry, Gettysburg and Washington DC. The Trip is October 19-22 and costs $250.00 please see Mr. Shaw for a permission form. A signed permission form and a $25.00 deposit is required to hold your spot!
7th and 8th graders:
Battle of the Books will begin meeting Wednesday, Sept. 7th. Please report to the media center at 3:20 on Sept. 7th if you are interested.
Sports Information:
It is not too late to play soccer! 7th or 8th grade girls who want to play need to see Coach Anderson in the gym. Please come out to see what soccer is all about...who knows, you might like it!
The McDowell Titans will have a home football game on Friday, September 2nd. Tickets at the gate will be $7.00. Good news though, you can buy advance tickets for only $5.00. See Mrs. Presnell to purchase tickets. You can buy tickets for anyone in your family!!
